| Hello I am a profesional and experienced Travelling Notary and Loan Signing Agent located in the city of Pasadena California. I am Licensed, Bonded and insured. This is the best thing about my service, I will come to you to help relieve some of the stress of your day so you do not have to get a baby sitter, take extra time off work, or rush home to get to an office before it closes. Since I am flexible with my hours you can relax and schedule with convience to help you out. My office or your location on time with no excuses.I am a loan signing agent also, and believe that purchasing a home is a big deal and noone should feel rushed even when time is an issue. I can help your client feel relaxed and at ease about what they are signing to help you and your client close the deal. I Do not over lap my schedule to try and squeeze in one more client for the day which allows me time with evryone so they feel at ease.I perform notary duties at a discount for local companies and attornies atmy office or yours.I travel all over the los Angeles and surrounding area to do loan Document signings. My local area fees are for the pasadena area and based on document size and location regardless of your business location. I will not charge you more because your office is in Santa Monica, only if I have to go there. |
